Woodvale Adult Day Centre
This program is available to seniors, people with dementia and younger people with a disability who are eligible for Home and Community Care (HACC) services and live within the City of Joondalup.
The program includes
- A variety of activities, exercises, excursions and social entertainment.
- Transport to and from the Centre.
- Evening services
The Centre operates 7 days per week and offers services to people with dementia, three days per week and evening services have also been added.
It is situated behind Woodvale Library, off Trappers Drive, Woodvale.
The Home and Community Care (HACC) Program is a joint Commonwealth and State Government Initiative.
