Home and Community Care (HACC)
The HACC Program provides services to support seniors and younger people with a disability and their carers to be more independent at home and in the community.
Home-based Support Services include
- Domestic Assistance
- Personal Care
- Respite
- Social Support
- Delivered Meals
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Podiatry
The HACC program is a joint Commonwealth and State Government Initiative.
