Alternatives to Employment

My Vision is a post-school options program, designed to provide an alternative to employment for adults who are living with a disability. My Vision focuses on the uniqueness of each participant. Friendly staff support individuals to develop their own program that is flexible and responsive to their ongoing development and changing interests.

Our philosophy is simple - YOU have the Vision and we journey with YOU towards it.

Expect to have the right to choose, refuse, imagine better and propose changes as needed.
