Shared Management

The shared management model is based on the key principle that people with disabilities and their families are the natural authorities about the services to be provided. It offers a way for a person with a disability and /or their families and carers to have more say in the provision and management of their support arrangements. Community Vision is priviledged to support people to take small steps in their shared management model.
