What is "Community Vision"?

Community Vision Incorporated, or CVI, is a non-religious, not-for-profit, community-based organisation that was established by the City of Joondalup as a charity in July 2001. It's administrative functions are located in the City’s Main Administration Centre at 90 Boas Avenue, Joondalup.
