Staff and Volunteers
Our Staff and Volunteers are dedicated individuals who support the vision, mission and values of Community Vision. The organisation commits to ongoing support and recognition of staff and volunteers through initiatives such as:
- An Induction and Orientation Program held each month. This program includes Values Conversations which focus on how we bring our values alive in our workplace. Induction programs also include site visits.
- 'Citizen Development Day' held to focus on our work culture.
- Ongoing relevant training and professional development with time allowed for higher studies.
- Family focused flexible work conditions and salary packaging.
- 'Volunteer Recognition' Days.
