Our Values

Community Vision has been accredited in all aspects of its service provision and operates in line with its Vision, Mission and Values. The Vision, Mission and Values were refreshed by the Board during 2003 and confirmed in February 2004.

The Spirit in Community Initiative was then launched across the organisation to assist in integrating the Vision, Mission and Values into all aspects of work and decision-making.

Together these Values show us a way of doing our work that is then used to grow and nurture our ethos and culture into the personal and professional lives of all our staff and volunteers within Community Vision. These Values ensure that we are able to work towards our Vision and Mission in a way that is authentic and has integrity.

We invite you to join with us in walking this journey together while you work at Community Vision. Celebrate with us our capacity to bring our Values alive and to make a difference in the lives of those who choose our services and those who work alongside us.
