Our Vision

Community Vision believes in, advocates for and celebrates the right of individuals to be citizens in caring communities.

We spend a lot of time in Community Vision striving to ensure that our Vision and Values are understood and practiced to the best of our ability.

We do this through discussions in team meetings, in our work supervision and practices, in the way we talk to each other, in the way we deliver our services, the choice of services we provide to our clients and in training.

We also focus on our Values and Vision through events such as our Citizen Development Workshop that occurs in July, our Celebrating our Work Workshops and Staff Service Awards.

Community Vision monitors the alignment it has between the work it does and its vision through the Vision Strategies Group.
