What type of services does Community Vision provide?

Community Vision provides a range of services to meet the needs of two groups within the community. These include the following in:

Community Aged Care through:-

• Home and Community Care Services
• Community Aged Care Packages
• Veterans’ Home Care

Community Family Care Services through:-

• Family Day Care Scheme
• Child and Youth Respite
• Kinship
• Post School Options/ Alternatives to Employment Program (MY VISION)
• Intensive Family Support
• CREATE
• Parents AGAIN!

All these services are funded by both State and Commonwealth Departments and on a fee-for-service basis where appropriate.

Where clients and customers are unable to pay, Community Vision works alongside the client to assist wherever possible.
