Home Care Services Pricing

At Community Vision, we understand the important role your home plays in your life and how a Home Care Package can provide extra support to help you stay independent at home. We believe that everyone deserves assistance during times of vulnerability and so we have created services to assist you to keep control of your life. That’s why our Home Care Services start with you. We work with you to identify the care services that will benefit you and help maintain your independence.


Prices for all new clients from 01/07/19

Weekday hourly rate 7am – 8pm = $69.76
Saturday hourly rate 7am – 8pm = $110.31
Sunday hourly rate 7am – 8pm = $145.18
Public Holiday rate 7am – 8pm = $180.06
Exit fee = $0

Care Management fortnightly rate:

Level 1 – $39
Level 2 – $78
Level 3 – $78
Level 4 – $117

Package Management fortnightly rate:

Level 1 – $69.45
Level 2 – $108.53
Level 3 – $212.56
Level 4 – $311.84


$1 per km charge when you are receiving a transport service as part of your Home Care Package

All services, goods and equipment provided by external service providers will be billed directly to the Home Care Package and will include a 5% loading charge.

Organising Home Care Services through Community Vision is easy. We will help you check your eligibility to access Government programs to meet your home care needs and guide you through the application process, helping you work through each step of this journey.
